Informal Scientific Presentation_Ultrasound, the Best

Informal Scientific Presentation_Ultrasound, the Best is KSUM 2023’s one of scientific programs to present and share the excellence of ultrasound in medicine through the presentation of case reports or case series (less than six cases). Opportunity for short presentations (Onsite presentation) will be provided to the authors of accepted cases so that they may share their clinical experiences. The presentations will be reviewed, and the winner will be presented with the Ultrasound, the Best Award (KRW 100,000).

Awarded to the top 3 Informal Scientific Presentation presenters based on the scores assigned by the Scientific Committee. All candidates of the award will be notified and they will be requested to submit the presentation file in advance for the evaluation.

- International Grant Award
Awarded to all presenters of the abstracts accepted for presentation at the Scientific Session (Oral), Scientific Exhibition (E-Poster) and Informal Scientific Presentation_Ultrasound, the Best. The award is given only once to the presenting author regardless of the number of accepted abstracts or co-authors

How to Prepare for a Presentation

Once the submitted abstract has been accepted for Informal Scientific Presentation_Ultrasound, the Best presentation, You are required to submit your presentation file in PPT format including texts, images, video files, etc. Please follow the sample presentation format below when preparing a presentation.

How to Submit Abstracts for Informal Scientific Presentation_Ultarsound, the Best

• - All abstracts must be submitted through the Congress website. (Abstracts submitted in ways other than through the online system will not be accepted.)
• - Abstracts should be typed in English, and the submitter is responsible for verifying typing errors.
• - Abstracts should not exceed 300 words in length.
• - Tables and figures are not permitted.
• - There is no limit to the number of abstracts you may submit.
• - An acknowledgement of your abstract submission will be automatically sent to both the submitter and the presenting author by e-mail upon his/her online submission.
• - Abstracts may be modified until the abstract submission deadline 24:00, March 19 (Sun), 2023 (Korea Standard Time)
• - Submitters can review or modify submitted abstracts until March 19 (Sun), 2023 by visiting “My Page” on the Congress website.
• - Acceptance of abstracts will be notified by e-mail presenting authors on April 5 (Wed), 2023 via email.
• - Presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to register for KSUM 2023 by no later than April 14 (Fri), 2023. (Go to the Online Registration Page)
